MLPipeline Cloud B.V., registered in Amsterdam, is the data controller for personal data processed on this platform.

Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of contractual necessity (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), legitimate interest for analytics (6(1)(f)), and consent for optional features (6(1)(a)).

Data retention

Account data retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. Logs retained for 90 days. Backups retained 30 days.

Your GDPR rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your personal data. Contact privacy@ to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch DPA).
